domain.RunSummary carries only DiffStat + Commits, so the comment shows diffstat+commits+link but not what was done. Designer and validator both END with a one-line summary/verdict; that line is lost (only in docs/tasks/slug.md). Capture the agent final summary (from exit.json or last event) into RunSummary and render it in successComment. Prereq for verdict-driven automation.
