spec-kew Add a me root field to specs' GraphQL schema

What is wrong: specs' published GraphQL schema has no `me`/`specMe` root field, unlike four of its six sibling schemas. Why it matters: a federated client cannot ask spec.sr.ht who it is — this is one resolver over the principal the auth middleware has already resolved, so the gap is pure omission rather than missing infrastructure. Sibling that does it correctly: `artifactsMe: ArtifactsViewer`, `benchMe: BenchUser`, `covMe: CovUser`, `doltMe: DoltUser` already exist in the corresponding schemas. Fix: add a `specMe: SpecViewer` (naming to match specs' existing type conventions) root field to `sourcehut-specs/graph/schema.graphqls`, resolved from the principal the router already attaches to the request context.
