Description
What is wrong: specs has no `contrib/` directory at all — no reference `.service` unit and no `.conf` file for a plain-host install.

Why it matters: every APKBUILD in the family that does have a `contrib/` states the same rationale in its `package()` comment: "contrib/ is deliberately not installed… a reference for a plain-host install, not files this package owns" — implying the intent was for every service to carry one. These files are where real operational knowledge lives (restart policy, the user/group story, nginx timeout ownership) and currently have nowhere else to go for specs.

Sibling that does it correctly: `sourcehut-bench`, `sourcehut-compare` and `sourcehut-coverage` each ship both a `.service` and a `.conf`.

Fix: backfill `contrib/spec-srht.service` and `contrib/spec.sr.ht.conf` (naming to match specs' own conventions) following the bench/compare/coverage shape.
